- 2 bananas (previously frozen)
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds scraped out)
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of Royal Green Elderberry Honey with black elderberries and wild rose

Toppings:
- Slices of fresh strawberries and banana
