You can return damaged items within 14 days for a replacement product.

If you wish to return a supplement, please email us with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will respond promptly to assist you.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong product? You can return the items within 14 days, but please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

All returned products must be sent back with their original packaging intact

Please note, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for delays or late deliveries.

Damaged parcels: If your delivery arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging (including the shipping label) and the damaged product itself. This will help us process a claim quickly.
