We’re Switching to Glass Bottles for Dietary Supplements!

Royal Green is a green brand not just in name.

Our next green initiative has become a reality: we’re switching to glass bottles for our supplements!

You may have already heard… but now it’s official:
Royal Green is switching to GLASS BOTTLES for its dietary supplements! Our elegant, dark bottles are made of glass—but that’s not all… an additional innovation is the PAPER LABEL.
Glass Bottles

We are transitioning from plastic bottles to glass ones with aluminum caps.

The shiny gold cap is made of aluminum and features an embossed Royal Green logo.
Royal Green glass is produced in a European factory in accordance with strict European regulations (holding prestigious quality certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 15378, Ecovadis Gold, and ISO 45001).

We have chosen high-quality dark brown glass that is:
🔸 100% inert,
🔸 100% odorless and tasteless,
🔸 100% infinitely recyclable, and
🔸 100% natural.
It is designed for protection and therefore essentially blocks both light and air, without reacting with the product.

Paper Labels

Did you know that most labels are made from plastic?
At Royal Green, together with our Dutch manufacturer, we have developed a new paper label for our supplements. It is made from a new generation of paper (booklet style): certified, sustainable FSC paper digitally printed in the Netherlands.

Paper Tape

When we transport our supplements, we pack them in FSC-certified cardboard boxes. Did you know that outer packaging is usually sealed with plastic tape? At Royal Green, since 2018, we’ve been using paper tape to seal our boxes!

We will gradually replace the packaging of our supplements. By switching to glass, we are taking another step toward fulfilling our ambition to reduce plastic use and lower our carbon footprint.
