NOTE: Curcumin is not the same as turmeric! Curcumin is a single compound isolated from turmeric, usually provided in a standardized form. This is based on the belief that curcumin is the most important component of turmeric, and the rest has no effect. Curcumin is then extracted from turmeric using acetone (nail polish remover), hexane, and/or very high temperatures. Of course, Royal Green does not follow this approach.
